The aim with this event is to gather Tooling companies, policy makers, R&D and Innovative organisations, media and European Decision Makers to push and reinforce an Industrial policy to support a more competitive Industry in Europe. The Tooling Industry has been identified as a strategic sector due to the support infrastructure it provides to the economy through its high level of competences and technological knowledge, and also because of its multisectorial and multidisciplinary effect.

This event is organised by ISTMA Europe (International Special Tooling & Machining Association), with the support of the MANUFUTURE Forum. It is important to highlight that MANUFUTURE has been supporting the European Industry identifying the priorities of the main European Industrial sectors and proposing actions to promote research and Innovation at European, national and regional levels.
